Buon Giorno! This week, Kaity takes the lead on reimagining a new adventure ride for Epcot’s Italy Pavilion, Portorosso Rush! Inspired by the animated film Luca, this high-energy ride lets guests race through the picturesque coastal town of Portorosso, chasing down the thrills of a triathlon while avoiding the watchful eyes of the locals. With sea monsters and plenty of pasta-filled moments, it’s a fast-paced, heart-pumping journey through the sights, sounds, and flavors of Italy.
Stephen and Marissa join Kaity to offer their feedback and fine-tune the details of this exciting concept. From the immersive theming to the ride's potential for family-friendly fun, they dive deep into how Portorosso Rush could bring the magic of Luca to life in the parks.
